Washington, DC, June 2010: It's two Silver Telly's for Marisa Arbona-Ruiz, Mari Bonnemaison and Brooks Moore for their innovative work on Internet Safety 101: Empowering Parents, created by Donna Rice Hughes of Enough Is Enough. A national initiative, this groundbreaking four-part series provides an eye-opening exposé on predatory internet dangers and abuses, an overview of social media, and a tutorial for parents and educators for providing a safe and enjoyable online experience. The series wins the prestigious Silver Tellys in Educational and Non-Profit categories. Working with Bonnemaison, Marisa served as scriptwriter/co-producer/co-director.

Pudgy: A Bahamian Parable, a campy, live-action, comedy-drama with an animated fish, based on a story by internationally known Dr. David Allen. A parable about pride, habitual behaviors and busyness, this short film encourages people to face themselves, ask for help and smell the roses. Creative team: Mari Bonnemaison, Director/Producer. Pudgy's world premiere was at the Bahamas International Film Festival. It was a finalist at the Sabaoth International Film Festival in Milan, Italy. The fllm broadcasts on Bahamaian television and is being made into a children's book.
